I ordered my child a side ottoman bed

I ordered my child a side ottoman bed. Excellent service, quick delivery and the bed is amazing quality came wrapped up perfect and corners protected. Headboard is perfect too. I’m the most fussiest person and I honestly cannot fault the bed. The storage space is perfect and the Ottoman stays up. Delivery process was smooth text and called to confirm dates and rang me twice when on way to let me know they was coming. Thankyou. Will be ordering my daughters bed tomorrow. Highly recommend and cheaper then other bed shops :)

Excellent Customer Service and great bed

I have had some issues but still giving 5 stars as the issues were very easily and quickly rectified. They delivered bed on a date that was convenient to me. On arrival I found that the headboard was missing 1 button, I contacted them and within days I received a lot more buttons than I expected. First night sleeping in the new bed was like heaven, I slept so well. After about a week the mattress dipped quite a bit. After sending photos Everest quickly sent me a new mattress with no fuss at all. I’ve now had the bed for about 2 months and no further issues. The customer service has been fantastic Overall, very happy with the bed, it looks great and I would definitely order from them again
