Return and Cancellation Guide
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order on the same day it is placed without penalty. Cancellations made after the order date will incur a 20% charge of the order value. This fee covers operational costs, as each bed is made-to-order, requiring resources and manpower. Cancellations on the scheduled delivery day are not permitted. This policy helps protect our workers time and wages.
Returns After Delivery - Online Orders:
You have 14 days from your delivery date to return any unused and unopened items. A 20% restocking fee of the item price applies to all "change of mind" or returns to cover costs associated with processing and repackaging. There will also be a collection fee of £49.99 per item. Fee price may vary depending on your location.
- This includes returns for reasons such as:
- You no longer want the item
- The item doesn’t fit your space or up the stairs
- You are unhappy with the appearance or material
- Any reason not related to a fault or defect
Return Guide:
- Defective or Damaged Products: Returns for defective or damaged products are free of charge. Contact our Customer Service team immediately if you encounter any issues.
- Change of Mind: For non-defective items, you can still return them within 14 days of delivery, with a 20% collection charge to cover operational costs. There will also be a collection fee of £49.99 per item , collection fee may vary depending on the collection location.
- Goods Care: You are responsible for taking care of the goods while they remain in your possession until collection.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned goods. Allow up to 5 days for funds to reach your bank account. For assistance, contact us via our help center (Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm; Saturday-Sunday, 9 am - 3 pm).
