Everest Beds Delivery Flow :

  • Order is passed to our manufacturing partners.

  • Order is booked into a route.
  • Our logistics partners will call you to book in delivery.

We estimate customers to receive delivery within 7 working days to most areas.

We provide all customers with an estimated delivery timeframe that varies based on their postcode. Our delivery partners will confirm the exact lead-time 24-48 hours before your scheduled delivery. To ensure the transport team can reach you, please verify that your contact information is up to date.

Delivery FAQs

  1. Can you recycle my old bed?
    At Everest Beds we offer recycling services upon checkout, these charges are £44.99 for Bed Frame Removals, £44.99 for mattress removals, and if you would like bed & mattress to be recycled this will cost £79.99

  2. Room of choice & Assembly Delivery
    We offer room of choice for £19.99 or Assembly in the room of your choice for £69.99 our 2-man team will come and simply put the bed up for you.

  3. What is standard Delivery?
    For customers who do not require any services we have standard delivery available Please note: All standard deliveries are made to the door only. Or if it is a flat it is to the communal door only unless stated otherwise.

  4. Can you hold my delivery?
    Of course, this is quite regular for people who are decorating or moving into a new house but don’t want to miss out on a sale. You can place your order and email us with your order number to delay delivery. We will then put your delivery on hold until you get in touch with us to arrange a delivery date or you can request for it be after a certain date. Please just leave a note on the checkout and we will accommodate your request.

  5. Can I specify a delivery date?
    We can’t guarantee a delivery date, however we will try our best to arrange a delivery around your schedule. Once you have placed your order, you can get in touch with us via email to let us know your delivery preference.

  6. How will my bed be delivered?
    Apart from the   Single beds, the bases come delivered in 2 halves, thus making it easy to take upstairs. Headboard & Mattress also comes separate and has to be attached.

  7. Is everything provided to assemble the bed?
    Yes, everything is provided all you need is a screwdriver.

  8. What are the hours of delivery?
    We can deliver 7 days a week from the hours of 7 am-7 pm, we will provide a smaller slot on the day, and the drivers will give at least 30 minutes notice.

Please be aware delivery times given are only estimated and could be delayed due to traffic or adverse weather conditions. If you require a specified delivery date & time, please note this when ordering with a contact number and we will do our best to meet your delivery needs.

We usually advise customers to not dispose of their bed until they have received their delivery.

Defects with Delivery

Should your purchase be damaged during transit (a very rare occurrence) please contact us within 5 days of delivery via email at with pictures and your order number so we can rectify the situation by sending out replacement parts or exchanges. There will be no further charges for sending out replacements and this does not affect your warranty.
