Everest Beds Delivery Policy

Delivery Process

  1. Order is placed.
  2. Order is passed to our manufacturing partners.
  3. Order is passed to our logistics partners.
  4. Order is booked into a route.
  5. Our logistics partners will call you to book your delivery slot.

We estimate that customers will receive their delivery within 7 - 9 working days to most areas. However, delivery times may vary depending on location. Customers will receive an estimated delivery timeframe, and our delivery partners will confirm the exact date 24-48 hours before scheduled delivery. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to facilitate smooth delivery communication.


Delivery Options & Fees

  • Standard Delivery – Free of charge. Delivered to the door only (or communal door for flats, unless stated otherwise).
  • Room of Choice Delivery – £39.99. Our delivery team will place the bed in your selected room.
  • Assembly Service – £89.99. Includes Room of Choice service, plus full assembly by our 2-man team.
  • Recycling Services:
    • Bed Frame Removal – £49.99
    • Mattress Removal – £49.99
    • Bed & Mattress Removal – £89.99

Delivery Scheduling & Holding Orders

  • Holding Delivery: If you are decorating or moving, we can hold your order until you are ready. Please email hello@everestbeds.co.uk with your order number to arrange this.
  • Preferred Delivery Dates: While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, we will do our best to accommodate requests. Contact us after placing your order to discuss preferences.
  • Delivery Hours: We deliver 7 days a week, from 7 AM – 7 PM. A smaller time slot will be provided on the day, and our drivers will give at least 30 minutes’ notice before arrival.
  • Delays: Estimated delivery times are subject to change due to traffic, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Instructions & Assembly

  • Delivery Format: Apart from single beds, bed bases are delivered in two halves for easier transportation. Headboards and mattresses are delivered separately.
  • Assembly: Everything required for assembly is included; you will only need a screwdriver.
  • Disposing of Your Old Bed: We recommend waiting until your new bed has been delivered before disposing of your old one.

Defective or Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your purchase arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing hello@everestbeds.co.uk with pictures and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or necessary repairs at no extra cost. This does not affect your warranty.


Returns & Refunds

  • If you wish to return an undamaged product, this will be processed under our Returns Policy.
  • Refunds will be processed once the product has been collected and inspected.
  • Customers are not automatically entitled to a full refund unless the product is faulty or not as described, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Any issues related to the delivery company (e.g., delays or distress caused by delivery mishaps) do not entitle customers to an automatic refund. However, we will work with our logistics partners to investigate and resolve any concerns.
