Florence double ottoman bed/mattress

I ordered the Florence double ottoman bed in maroon with 10 inch Ultra hybrid 1000 memory mattress. Ordering was easy I received a phone call a few days before delivery. The courier rang me on the day to say what time he would arrive. They turned up on time, one did a walk through to where I wanted the bed placed as I had booked delivery to my bedroom. They both removed their shoes inside front door without me asking! The base comes in 2 parts easier for delivery and I had paid extra £100 for floor standing headboard. The bed is well built, standard size double bed with lots of storage space I ordered the end lift version The maroon is a beautiful wine color and the mattress is lovely in medium firm, no problem falling asleep. The young men were very friendy and polite, fast workers as well, they had a lot of deliviers after mine. I would recommend Everest Beds.

2nd bed I've ordered

This was the 2nd bed I've ordered from Everest Beds due to their fast Delivery, good value for money and good quality.

Great Price. Fantastic Product!

We’re in the property business and ordered the Zip Link Bed w/ Mattress. Possibly the most comfortable mattress I’ve experienced (granted this is opinion oriented). The Bed base itself was great the only room I would suggest for improvement is to provide a leaflet to explain the setup process (especially with the linking mechanism). Given the price in comparison I wouldn’t complain. Will more than likely buy again.

Great quality, great service!

We bought an ottoman divan bed and we are delighted with it. Really great value for money - especially when compared to the big retailers. The bed was delivered within two weeks. We received regular updates on delivery times which was really helpful. We paid for the bed to be delivered to a room of our choice, the delivery guys protected our carpets, removed their shoes and took real care. We also paid for assembly, this was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely buy our next bed from Everest. Thank you

Good company

The personalisation of the bed frame was good and delivery went ok. The only thing I find a bit off is the response you get from customer support via e-mail. They do answer your question but the way they put it makes you feel like they don't want to response but have to. Or maybe it just me being paranoid. Anyway delivery went well and we now got the bed frame, assembling it next!

All very good

All very good. Delivery and bed good quality

The best customer service ever!!

The best customer service ever!! I ordered a lovely small bed for my son and everyone was super helpful in delivering but my mistake I had ordered the wrong size. The team was so nice and amazing about the exchange, arranged in a few days! For me this was 100% the best customer service I have ever received
