Great bed bases & service

Great beds. Came ready assembled so no messing about putting it together. Only had to attach the headboards which was straight forward. Had issue with headboard struts on 1 bed but they resolved it quickly and sent replacement. Beds feel sturdy & strong with a strong ottoman mechanism. Delivered in a week

Great quality beds.

Great quality beds. I requested samples of the headboard fabric before buying which was sent out very quickly. I decided upon the fabric and ordered. Delivery time was ok but not super speedy. Not as fast as some firms but certainly not as slow as Next for example. The mattresses are great and VERY comfy. I had a slight issue with one in that the label saying “sleep side” was on the wrong side to the zip so it wouldn’t zip up. I contacted Everest Beds who replied VERY quickly and advised the mattresses are in fact the same both sides so you can sleep either side. The label must’ve just been put on wrong. I’m very pleased with the beds (I bought two zip together singles which make a super king size together). I would definitely buy again.

Great Mattress

I was undecided as to what was the right mattress for me, so I emailed and Jay called and talked me through it. I placed an order and it arrived two weeks later. I was getting a bit concerned as I hadn't had an update but I emailed again and Jay replied the same day. The courier arrived on a Saturday which was very convenient. I would recommend Everest beds as I'm delighted with the mattress I have received

Happy customer

I ordered a bed and mattress from this company and after ordering seen some really bad reviews, I got worried when I tried to contact them and the email and phone number were not in use. Thankfully all turned out well got both items delivered in 8 days and exactly what I ordered both are great. My only concern was the communication was done by text message and not email which I found strange. But overall very happy with my new bed and service was really quick.
