10/10 would recommend. Simple to use website, so many options. We ordered material samples which were promptly dispatched and delivered. Selected the sample and the bed, easy checkout process. We were kept updated on delivery - much faster than expected! Arrived on time and the courier kept in touch too so we knew exactly when to expect it. My only niggle would be that the instructions were inside the base and said to leave the strap on and base closed until the mattress was in place - this was impossible as we needed to open the base to remove the instructions from inside to know how to put the bed together. Other than that, building the bed was straight forward and fairly quick. The bed is sturdy and excellent quality.

Couldn’t praise this company enough! We panic bought this bed after buying one elsewhere that didn’t fit. They have so many headboards to choose from, we ended up just going for it then we had to choose the fabric and colour. In an ideal world we would have ordered a fabric swatch but we’d already spent enough time sleeping on a mattress that we didn’t want to wait. We ordered the Verona in Coniston Powder Effect Fabric Coniston Powder Effect in Cream. It’s the perfect beige colour😍 I was worried as cream can come in so many tones. I wish I could upload a photo. I messaged Customer Service a few time and spoke with Fred and his responses were so quick. The previous retailer we bought the bed from left us waiting days and days for a simple response but not Fred. He did exactly what he said he would and exactly when he would do it. It’s always a bit worrying ordering from smaller company but I would not hesitant to come back to Everest Beds and recommend them to other people. The quality and value for money you cannot beat! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️

Well all I can say is what a great customer service! I emailed to ask on a rough delivery date and Jay responded quickly and efficiently. The bed looks amazing as was delivered today and we are in the process of assembling it (if we can get the old bed apart!) THANKYOU

Not one for writing reviews but can’t fault Everest at all so far. Ordered a divan base on Saturday with the estimated delivery being 2-7 working days and it was delivered the following Saturday. I did have a couple of queries prior to my purchase and also when I was waiting for delivery but got my answers pretty quick via there website chat service so no issues there. I have had problems in the past with some divan bases that were just not built very well, cheaply made and just bent/dipped within a few months and I’m not a heavy person. The divan base quality is good, it’s sturdy, perfectly level and was easy to put together. Time will tell if this one lasts in terms of durability and value for money. And finally I hope Everest’s customer service is still as good post sale.
