The Cloud 1000 Pocket Medium Zip and Link Sprung Pillow Top Divan Bed Set is built using a firm spring system and fitted with a super firm outer frame to ensure rigidity. Ideal for sleepers who want a combination of a firm, supportive feel and soft sumptuous fillings, this mattress offers a unique convertible feature: two mattresses can be easily connected with a center zip, providing the option of either a larger mattress or two separate mattresses, transforming a room’s dynamic within seconds.
The Pillow Top layer, containing a combination of Polyester and Cotton fillings, provides supportive yet luxurious upholstery that complements the Firm Coiled foundation layer. Finished with a soft cotton fabric, this mattress ensures the ultimate in comfort and support.

Very pleased with these twin zip & link beds, which are quite sturdy and very comfortable. This would have been a 5* review but, for us, fell short in 2 respects.
Firstly, the website didn't make absolutely clear that there are various delivery options. We noted delivery to ground floor front door, but hadn't realised that there were other choices - presumably for an extra cost. So, the delivery chap left the beds in our hall but (at 70 yrs) we had to manoeuvre them upstairs on a really hot afternoon. We would have opted for a more convenient delivery if we had realised.
Secondly, there are no instructions for assembly. Yes, fairly straightforward to put the feet on, but the headboards needed some pondering. And I asked for advice on linking the twin beds ... I was sent a short instructional video, which did help.
For a guest bedroom, these beds are absolutely fine and very good value. Customer service was also good. Just need a bit more clarity and support regarding the delivery options on the website and a set of clear instructions re assembly.
Reasonable people to get the bed from. Delivery was on time, good competitive prices and built quality is fine too.

I absolutely love my bed. Good quality, sturdy spacious Ottoman bed. Easy lift no issues. The bed arrived in a week, all the parts where there. I live on the ground floor so access was easy so consider this when purchasing and the delivery options or installments. Again I was lucky my partner was able to construct it for us.
Great customer service and communication. The folks at Everest gave me some great advice to ensure sure that the mattress i ended up with was best suited to my needs. This resulted in a slight alteration to my original order and an extra cost of £80 which Everest very kindly didn't charge me for. The communication was excellent around the delivery too. I had a call from the driver that morning with an ETA and a follow up message from Everest to check I was happy with it. I really felt they went above and beyond on their customer service. Very happy with the product too.
