Solid Ottoman Bed - black plush velvet

I bought the Milano Ottoman Bed in black plush velvet with a floorstanding headboard from Everest Beds back in November 2023. I placed the order on a Saturday and it was with me within 5 days. The bed looks and feels solid. It was easy to put together since it was pre built. I’m about to place another order with Everest beds as I was impressed with the bed I bought.

Great company

Very easy to order, bed mattress and headboard are great and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. Would recommend, and Frank and Jay thank you

Gave it a chance..... regret

****HAVE AMENDED FOLLOWING CONTACT FROM EVEREST BEDS**** Since posting my review I was promptly contacted directly by Fred from Everest beds and it has genuinely changed my opinion of the company. Fred was highly apologetic for the service I had received and explained how this was resultant of issues with the couriers they were using. He explained that they are moving to using their own fleet soon and therefore this issue shouldn’t occur in the future. Having had the bed now for a couple of weeks it is high quality and easy to put together; very comfy. Fred is an asset to Everest Beds and won a customer back over! **** Have to be honest, I don't like writing negative reviews, but my experience with this company was nothing short of extremely stressful. I ordered this bed a week in advance of my house completion - when I ordered it I sent an email to request delivery after 15th December as access to the house was not available before then. I received confirmation back promptly that this was fine and had been arranged and noted. On 13th December I received a call and text from a random courier mobile to tell me they were delivering my bed the following day - I explained this was not possible and could it be rearranged, to which they said it could but not for another 2 weeks. I explained I couldn't wait 2 weeks once in the house for a bed, so asked for it to be delivered to my current address at the time 5 mins away - they agreed. Waited in all day and the bed did not show. I then spent the whole of Thursday, Friday, Saturday chasing for an answer from Everest Beds who just kept stating that the manager was dealing with it urgently, but then would hear nothing back - their phone lines also do not work. I finally received confirmation on the weekend that it could be delivered on Wednesday - I confirmed to the original address and confirmed postcode to which they stated yes. Bed arrived on the Wednesday..... but to my old address - delivery men would not take to the new address (original) and stated I would have to refuse the delivery. I couldn't do with the hassle of re-arranging so ended up transporting the bed myself. Bed is good quality, however no instructions (but is easy to put together) All in all a much more stressful transaction that needed - would go to a mainstream company in the future.

Thank you Everest Beds

I received my cream ottoman bed and I absolutely love it! The quality and design is gorgeous and I am very happy with the result. Everest beds themselves helped me with any issues I may have and made me feel understood and it was so easy to design my dream bed. Thank you Everest beds for being so professional and helpful.
