Rosewood Wingback Bed Frame

It was my first ride with Everest beds and I am throughly happy from start to finish of my experience. The price point was great, the delivery the safety of the delivery and how protected my headboard was, the fabric and how it’s been made is of high quality and I’ve had this for a few months now and still looks brand new and fabulous condition. Thank you.

We are delighted with the bed – it was the second we have purchased from Everest and we shall certainly buy again as and when the need arises. It is outstanding value for money and the storage space is perfect for our needs. Such a relief that you also took away all the packaging, the old bed and headboard. The two person delivery team were exceptional. They phoned in advance and were so polite and helpful throughout. It had been a long and rather wet day for them, yet another soggy Saturday, and it was dark and cold, but they were unfailing in their work and within an hour everything was completed. This was a great relief for us. However, the most outstanding feature was the Customer Service. OK, it was prompt and efficient throughout but it became quite exceptional when we were worried about a delivery date being met. In stepped Fred. He responded quickly to e-mails from us about it and then a few days later contacted us again to ensure that everything was now in place. Not just responsive, but proactive as well. That is what makes the difference, frankly. You can get beds from lots of places (although few as good for the money this one) but the critical difference was the customer service. Take a bow, Fred. You deserve it. Good luck in all that you do.

Delivery time was earlier than given date. Good communication regarding delivery time etc. Excellent quality item , and well packaged when delivered ( ottoman bed). Great that bed has a solid bottom unlike other beds we looked at. Excellent mattress which has helped us sleep a lot better. Good choice of colours and fabrics. Will definitely be ordering from again.

Excellent company, this is my second purchase. Fast delivery, good communication, good delivery drivers. Never had to complain so can't comment on when hiccups happen but my experiences have all been very positive and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again or recommend Everest beds.

Fantastic all round.. Abdul who delivered my Ottoman bed was very cheerful and helpful! Lovely man! Also quality of this bed frame and headboard is 5 star! So pleased with my order! Thank you Everestbeds Top Quality !
