Regular contact

Regular contact, if I messages they responded quickly. Bed was delivered with the exact instructions given. Very pleased.

Luxury quality without breaking the bank.

Ordered a double bed with mattress and winged headboarr after looking all over for months. Actually was recommended this company by a friend who had also purchased. Amazing deal so I was a little apprehensive in what the quality was going to be like. Within 5 days I had my bespoke bed designed to my spec, delivered. I still cannot believe the quality of these beds. The mattress is the thickest one I’ve ever had. They also communicated with me throughout via email and text message with updates on delivery. I would 100% recommend ordering from here if you’re wanting luxury quality without breaking the bank. I also reached out to them to see if they have any offers before purchasing and I was sent a discount code by them. Everest beds are the only place I’ll by beds or mattresses from now. Simply amazing.

A problem easily resolved.

The ordering process for divan base/s was easy and strait forward. Delivery was within one week...which included a Bank Holiday! A small problem with one unit was notified to Everest after unwrapping. A reply to me was very quick and an amicable solution was reached. No attempt was made by Everest to suggest any blame rested with me and I was treated very courteously. Well done Everest, many businessess would do well to follow your code on customer relations!!
