Snugsy Kids Upholstered Bed

I purchased a double bed and mattress recently and couldn’t have asked for better quality or service. They helped with a couple of queries before purchase and nothing was too much trouble. They also called to double check my order and see if anything else was needed. My bed was delivered in quick time and the company who put it up and took away my old bed were lovely and very tidy. The bed is super quality and the mattress is so cosy. Looks better then other places I went and at much better value. Super impressed and highly recommend.

Very happy with our purchase of a single ottoman bed daughter really pleased very comfortable service great

Short version, ordered the bed from them initially slow to respond, due to what turned out to be issues with their spam, however once they managed to get hold of me absolutely put everything right fantastic customer service and I would heartily recommend them to others. Longer summary below Ordered a bed where a big part of the interest in Everest was the quick delivery time (3-7 working days for my area) as the situation was a touch urgent (old bed broke and I have back issues, currently sleeping on mattress on the ground less then ideal for health). I was also attracted by the reasonably good value for money (cheaper then a lot of their competitors but not suspiciously so) and the ability to get things like a reinforced frame. At first all seemed well but 3 working days (I think 5 days total as ordered at weekend) later I have heard nothing (would expect a delivery date by now if there going to be close to the 7) and when I e mailed them checking if they had at least a rough ETA with no reply. I then put up a review on trust pilot and so we quickly got a response. . They were very apologetic and after a bit of investigation realised my email had got lost in their spam, They explained that had been a slight delay in their general shipping times (which to be honest if I’d been told in the first place when I first emailed I would have been okay with), and as a sign of goodwill, have arranged an urgent courier to get the bed here a bit faster, which was very kind. Courier was arranged and arrived promptly with the bed, which we’ve now assembled. It’s good quality, and was largely fairly easy to put together (one of the legs was a bit tricky but still solvable) and all in all feels like excellent value for money. I would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to others. They even called up a couple of times to check in and make sure everything had gone according to plan I really can’t fault their customer service or their clear drive to try and fix things that went wrong.

I am really pleased with my purchase of a small double divan bed with headboard from Everest beds. It is well made and covered with a quality fabric. I was unsure how to attach the two halves of the divan together and contacted Everest who responded quickly and helped me. The beds come with a choice of fabric colours. The bed is excellent value for money. You will not be disappointed if you order a bed from Everest. We'll done to them.

Delivered within 5 days and delivery driver was helpful I will definitely use this company again

Ordered a kingsiz bed including mattress. Such a good price! Bed is so comfy, the pocket spring mattress is so thick! Definitely recommend ordering from here. They were happy to accommodate a change of address due to moving house, and the delivery man helped my partner up the stairs due to it being so heavy! Thank you! Recommended to family and they’ve ordered too!
