Friendly and efficient

Someone from everest called me after placing my order just to confirm every detail and to thank me for ordering with them. Very helpful with a specific delivery date request too, altho the delivery company only gave overnight warning of delivery the next morning, were 3 days later than scheduled and they also weren't going to assemble the bed even tho I paid the fee. I had a small double bed delivered which was great as was delivered within a week of ordering. Unfortunately I was met with a couple of hurdles, one being no hole for one of the plastic feet to go into the base so had to drill my own… as you can imagine this was quite stressful & time consuming… I sent an email to Everest beds explaining this (assuming I would either be ignored or met with a short response) but to my surprise and a pleasant one at that, the customer service I recieved was nothing short of wonderful. The team went out of their way to apologise and resolve the issue, I actually recieved a part refund from them which I didn’t expect and I feel like it has restored my faith in not just businesses but people in general as they didn’t have to and they really wanted to turn my experience around. Thank you so much and my daughter is absolutely in love with her new bed, the colour, material & delivery were all wonderful.

I am extremely happy with my bed

I am extremely happy with my child’s Double, side lifting ottoman bed. I was kept well informed throughout and the bed arrived when expected. I had an issue with the bed base hitting the headboard upon opening/closing which then hindered the strength of the headboards leg. I emailed Everest beds with photos and they replied very quickly and knew what the issue was. I’d apparently thrown out the black plastic spacers therefore not leaving a gap between the base and headboard. Everest very quickly (within 24hrs) sent me out new legs for the headboard and plastic spacers. I am yet to replace it with the broken one as it has just arrived but I’m confident that even if I do need support with this they will be more than happy to help. Really good price as well and I will soon be purchasing another bed for our other room. Great customer services and great quality beds

Apollo divan ottoman side lift bed

I ordered the Apollo 9 ottoman divan base side lift bed. It was easy to build and works perfectly. Great colour and quality is amazing. Would recommend these beds! Only issue was the delivery had a couple of mistakes in time frame but was sorted through support chat and phone calls and was delivered that day.
