5* for Everest! Brilliant!

The primary reason for my 5 star rating has to be the customer service team. They are extremely responsive from ordering to delivery. I emailed asking about delivery times and they responded quickly. I also had a courtesy call after I’d placed my order to check everything was correct, which further assured me when ordering from a relatively unknown company. The bed arrived very slightly damaged in transit. I contacted Everest about this and they immediately responded with suitable options to put the problem right- which they did straight away. I ordered the Ottoman bed a couple of days before Christmas and it arrived before New Year, which was excellent. The bed is of good quality, not high-end but it’s well made, sturdy, looks great and is perfectly suitable. We went with the standard headboard in the cream plush velvet and It looks amazing! Assembly is simple and didn’t take long at all. The bed opens and closes easily, has ample storage and does the job perfectly (plus looks fabulous.) Wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to anyone.

After deliberating over the colour of the bed for several months, I finally ordered the right one. The whole experience was straightforward and clear. Order arrived within a quick timeframe after ordering. Really happy with the quality of the product. Delivery was efficient with excellent communication and delivery staff. Will definitely recommend Everest Beds. Thank you.

Plush side opening ottoman bed

The ottoman bed with floor standing head board (with matress) is very luxurious and solid. I love it so much. It looks better than expected. Would've given 5 stars if they could deliver past the ground floor. Apart from that I have no issues. Very happy with my purchase 😁
