Miami Bed Frame

We were looking for the best quality we could find at an affordable price and we saw Everest online. The quality is superb and even a year after still feels like brand new. We would definitely purchase another again.

We have ordered 2 beds recently and have been very pleased with every aspect of the company. Very helpful curtesy calls to check everything is good and overall very pleased with the beds. Thank you

Price was the cheapest around and delivery was amazingly quick. Had a slight concern and received fantastic customer support. Will buy from again.

I'm surprised at the 5* reviews for this company, to be completely honest. I would be surprised if half of them were legit. I ordered a bed about 2 weeks ago to arrive in time for moving to a new property. The initial issue I had was delivery: we had no updates from confirmation of the order for the entire 2 week period, until we contacted them to ask about delivery times a few days ago. We were then advised it would be here within two days of a response, to which I advised this would be an issue, given both my partner and I would be in work. I asked if there was a way to choose a time slot, or even a day where we had more time to be flexible - this was quickly dismissed, as we were told it would either be ''any time that day, or not for another 3-4 weeks, depending on when we're in your area''... not quite sure I've ever experienced sporadic delivery before, but there we go. I was informed yesterday it would be an afternoon delivery - turns out, I get a phone call at 8am this morning advising me that the courier can't find my property. I, at that point, had already sent delivery instructions to customer service to advise I wouldn't be in, and likelihood of my partner being available for delivery was slim too. Luckily he was in, but the simple fact that there was zero communication prior to delivery, alongside no day or even general timeslot, meant that it was a rush to try and help the courier find his way to the property. The bed finally arrived as it was way earlier than advised, but upon opening the packaging, the base itself is very clearly scuffed and marked. The feet themselves are incredibly cheap plastic, one of them completely snapped in half, and a couple of others broken and tacky looking. To top it off - there's no instructions on how to put this together. Whilst I'm no stranger to DIY furniture, it's baffling that no instructions at all were provided. I have since emailed customer service regarding the issues, but not sure on how long it will take for them to respond. The phone number provided on the website never works, and there isn't a live chat option as advertised, either. Would probably avoid, to be honest. Cheap and doable, but I would save yourself some money and get a more expensive, better quality bed. The only reason why I am giving it 3* is because of the colour and material of the bed is lovely, the delivery was quick, albeit unorganised, and the prices are competitive. Edit*** It was only after writing this that somebody got in touch, and despite my concerns about the broken parts etc, he literally tried to convince me to change my review before the new parts were sent out. He explains “everyone will see your review as it’s the newest”, as if that’s my problem? I advised I would be happy to change my review upon receipt of these, but the fact I’ve had yet another missed call, presumably asking me to change it again, is frankly harassment, and very rude. Therefore my review still stands. The £40 off and some new plastic feet doesn’t make up for only continuing to call me despite not having received the parts yet. I know you will be reading this, so please do not contact me or my partner again.

Was a bit skeptical as the company didn't have many reviews, but I shouldn't have been! Super fast delivery, ordered Friday 17th Dec late evening and bed was delivered Tuesday 21st! Brilliant customer service, put the wrong shipping address when I placed the order, emailed to change it and was done straight away. Bed is great quality for the price, love the fact you can choose the material and drawer options to suit your needs. Definitely be recommending to friends and family. Thanks everest beds!

My first review I’ve wrote on trust pilot, the customer service is out of the world, after searching for a new mattress for weeks searching the likes of Simba & Otty Everest really came through for us for half the price I waited a month before writing this, the mattress is amazing and would recommend to everyone if you see a review please check this one and give this company a try
