Dorelle Upholstered TV Bed Frame

Quick delivery, much quicker than website first said. Got a call a couple days prior to delivery too which was much appreciated. Good quality bed, easy to assemble

Can’t fault this company - used them several times over last few years - great service and good quality bases for the money.

Very happy with purchase. Good value for money too. Didn't have a long wait for delivery. Driver called on the day to let me know when he was 30 mins away. Bed was exactly what we wanted. Would buy from again.

Solid bed. I enjoy my sleep better now, unlike my previous bed. I use to have lots of body pain. But this bed is solid and is perfect.

When there was an issue with the initial bed I received, the company dealt with the matter very well. I was impressed with their customer service. My delivery driver, Abdul, was friendly and helpful.

I only ordered samples but they arrived quickly and were really useful in helping me choose colours and textures

Being in the furniture industry, it is important to find similar companies who share the same ethos as yourself, as well as ensuring the right quality of furniture is delivered. Working for an online company myself and not being able to see the final product, I trusted Everest Beds with our order, and they were very quick to respond to all my e-mails and questions. The website was easy to navigate and the quick turnaround for delivery along with the prices were amazing, almost to good to be true. I placed an order for an ottoman bed on 6th January, and though slightly delayed, wasn't an issue, and arrived on 22nd January. There was a delivery issue which was completely out of the hands of Everest Beds, however, they always rang me and responded to my e-mails, regardless of what time it was, and this gave me a sense of relief that the situation was being dealt with. The bed was finally all complete on Saturday 29th January and looks perfect in the room, was easy enough to assemble and the quality looks excellent, especially against the price of £599 for a small double Ottoman bed with headboard and pocket sprung mattress included. I wouldn't hesitate to use Everest Beds again and would definitely recommend them based on what I have experienced so far. The only reason for giving 4* is because of the delivery issues, as I would have wanted my expectations to have been exceeded.
